Finland will make its final decision on defence procurement acquisitions, valued from EUR 8 to 10 billion, by 2021. The interest surrounding these acquisitions offers a unique opportunity to promote broader business cooperation.
The Global Innovation Partnership Program (GIPP) promotes Finnish innovation exports and investments in Finland. It is jointly operated by the Confederation of Finnish Industries EK and Business Finland. The program focuses on trade and industrial cooperation outside the defence procurement program and is therefore not a part of the Finnish government’s procurement process.
